Emira Property Fund has recently launched V2.0 of its commercial property | leasing app for brokers. Free on both Android and & iOS devices, the app provides real-time information on properties to make it easier for brokers to conclude deals. The app features a vacancy schedule that gives users live updates on availability of properties across Emira’s portfolio. For space to let in the Emira portfolio, the app lists premises and their rental rates. These are searchable and filterable by size, region and property type.

Magic plan

The magic plan app, available on both iOS and Android devices, allows users to create professional floor plans by taking pictures. By using AR, the app can be used to generate job estimates, view a spac ein 3D, plan projects, or plan furnishing. Annotations, photos, price lists, and tasks can be added to the plan. The app itself is free to download, with added features included in the purchased option. Users have the option to purchase an individual floor plan for $2.99, or subscribe to a monthly service at $9.99/month
